I would like to thank all owners who have paid their Assessment. If you have not already sent in your 2012 Annual Assessment, please put it in the mail today to allow enough time for delivery or you can visit our website to pay online. Remember the Assessment was due on January 1st and is late after the 30th. Delinquent charges will not be forgiven due to the 30-day grace period that was allowed. Please understand collections of Assessments are imperative to fund the operating budget for your community. It is unfair to the owners that pay on time every time.

ATTENTION ALL QUILTERS AND NEEDLE CRAFTERS!
Join us at the Lakes of Summerville Community Center on Saturday, February 18, 2012. Doors open from 10am to 3pm.
A wonderful opportunity to meet neighbors with similar interests and a chance to “get away” to work on your favorite project.
Bring your own sewing machine, project and supplies. Tables will be set up to work on. Plus we’ll share a couple of irons and pressing boards.
If you’ve never quilted before, and would like to learn more, stop by for some guidance and inspiration!
Pack a lunch if you plan to stay the day.

Dear Owners,
It has been brought to our attention that some neighbors are allowing their pets to roam the community, which results in pet feces in neighboring yards or common area. We do thank everyone that cleans up after his or her pet; however, this waste must be disposed of in a proper fashion. If Community Management Group is notified of this type of behavior, we will address the issue if the owner can be identified by property address.
There are many owners in your community that take pride in their home and your community and it is imperative that everyone do their part.
