There is a constant concern of speeding in the Lakes of Summerville. Please be sure to abide by the speed limits and respect your neighbors. At the Annual Meeting the mention of additional signs were discussed, which may be an option for the HOA. Please keep in mind it is also members and guests of this community that is breaking the law.
