Dear Owners,
It has been brought to our attention that some neighbors are allowing their pets to roam the community, which results in pet feces in neighboring yards or common area. We do thank everyone that cleans up after his or her pet; however, this waste must be disposed of in a proper fashion. If Community Management Group is notified of this type of behavior, we will address the issue if the owner can be identified by property address.
There are many owners in your community that take pride in their home and your community and it is imperative that everyone do their part.
